1. What Trove is

Trove is a tool for cataloging and organizing personal property and digital assets. It records the information you enter and helps you view valuations and history that you provide.

2. Not financial or appraisal advice

Valuations, gains, market links, and any figures shown are based on data you enter and are for your own organizational reference only. Trove does not provide investment, financial, tax, insurance, or professional appraisal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the value of your assets.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to catalog stolen property.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload. Trove does not claim ownership of your catalog, photographs, or documents.

5. Availability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep independent backups of anything important.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trove and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or value of assets, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to the app and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
